  1. To control the effect of compression on image quality:

  3. 1. Choose Compression Settings from
  4.     the Image menu.

  6. 2. Drag the Quality slider to the
  7.     desired position, from Least to
  8.     Most.

  10.     As you drag, some positions on the 
  11.     slider control may be skipped,
  12.     depending on the current 
  13.     compressor and level of color.
